Custom Envelopes FAQs

Mailing Envelopes – are made from Tyvek® so they are rip, chemical and water resistant. Tyvek® is non-abrasive, dust fee and has anti-static protection. Please call Information Packaging for custom printing information. Please request a quote. 

1-Way, 2-Way MailSaver®  Disc Mailers – include 1-way and 2-way paper envelopes that are simple, lightweight and cost effective material that is auto-insertable. Custom printing is available.

• USPS approved as automated letter mail - mailers with inserted Tyvek® sleeve and disc weigh just 1 oz. 
• Pouch design keeps disc centered in mailer, reducing risk of breakage.
• Design optimized for automated insertion.                      
• Cost effective alternative for board mailers.
• One-way and Two-way Mailers are available

MailSaver® and Paperboard Disc Mailers – are lightweight paperboard with dependable disc mailing protection, provides significant reduction in postal costs, recommended for Standard A (bulk rate) or Bar Code mailing use, custom printable.

Archival Microfiche Envelopes – are manufactured with acid-free paper and adhesive; die-cut for uniformity and less debris, and have outside side seams allow for easier insertion of microfiche. They are recommended by ANSI, and apply less pressure on microfiche; printing is available with archival approved ink. Custom printing is available.
