We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Check, and C.O.D.  If you are paying by check or money order, products will be shipped as soon as payment is received. Please call if you need products sent C.O.D. or to set up credit terms. There is a $1000 minimum order for terms. Note: C.O.D. payment is not available outside the United States.

Online Shipping and Handling 
Shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

Under $100 - Current Fed Ex rates (based on weight) 
Over $100 - Free Fed Ex Ground shipping (within the continental U.S.) 

All products are shipped Fed Ex Ground (unless otherwise requested). Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Backordered products will be shipped in the order they were received. 

Custom 1 and 2-color printed products ordered online are shipped ten (10) days from date of proof approval. Custom 3 and 4-color printed products ordered online are shipped fifteen (15) days from date of proof approval.

Products sent via UPS or FedEX express services (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc) : Shipping charges will be charged to you regardless of order amount. Express shipment orders must be received by 4 p.m. EST in order for them to ship out that day.

Online Return Policy 
If you are not satisfied with your product, it may be returned for replacement or refund.

Before returning any product, you must obtain Authorization from our Customer Service Dept. No returns of any type will be accepted without Authorization. Call customer service at 800-776-7633 ext 12 to obtain Authorization. No collect shipments will be accepted and no shipping charges will be refunded.

All defective products will be accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 14 days of invoice date.

All products returned must be in their original condition.

Privacy Policy
Any online ordering information you submit will be transmitted via a secure site. A secure site uses a protective mechanism called SSL encryption (industry standard security through your browser). Information regarding you and your order will be kept confidential and used only to process your order.

Information Packaging may send you information regarding special pricing or new products.

We will not sell your name to a third party at any time.
